Hello!
My name is Olha, and I am a UX Designer.
I am a self-directed, motivated, empathetic, solution-oriented, highly organized individual with strong observational skills. I enjoy solving complex problems and have a passion for learning.
Since 2019, I have been working at Critical Techworks for BMW, according to the Scrum methodology and collaborate with software engineers, product owners, leads and designers. I have designed numerous features for the MyBMW App, specifically within the Map Tab. My experience includes designing end-to-end, comprehensive, user-centered design solutions.
Prior to my current role, I worked on various projects at Tangivel, where I authored a couple of articles for the UX-PM certification. I prepared and conducted numerous usability studies on existing banking products from Santander and e-commerce products, gathering findings and insights to enhance usability. I designed both web and mobile applications. I played a role in the development of MBWay, a payment app that enables users to send money, make payments, and withdraw cash from ATMs.
I truly appreciate your attention and hope we can connect soon!
